Refund Policy

You are protected every time you make a purchase on the Reseat marketplace!

We will give you a full refund if your item/items never ships or if it does not match the listing description.

When you make a purchase through our marketplace we do not release payment to the seller until you’ve confirmed that you have received your order as described. You have three days after the date of delivery to contact us and tell us that the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem to RESEAT through email at hello@reseat.com 

If no claim is made within 3 days of receiving your order payment will be automatically released to the seller.
